Assalamu Alaykum Dear viewers, this is
Raees Mustafa writing his 4th article;
Mu'awiah has been a controversial issue
for the past centuries, if not the whole region of Islam's birth. It
has bamboozled and deceived our faith in many ways, and sometimes the
Shadow of doubt comes out bigger than usual, in supporting our lusty
desire. Which of course, not on track.
As mentioned, I'm not an Alim, just a
researcher, and through y hard work, I have produced some threatening
artciles upon faiths of different sects, and have endowed myself,
within a state of great stature (a stature where I think love for
AhlulBayt is at its peak).
My aim isn't to hurt anyone's feeling
or Eiman, and neither do I have any view of disgracing a sect,
without knowledge. My aim is to present the truth, and guide the
misguided, lead the mislead and help and befallen. Is it really that
tough to understand this ideology, when within London and the world,
there are different religions?

Al-Mukhtasar Fey
Akhbaar-il-Bashar – written by Abil
Fida, Vol. 1, p 100 states:
Mu'awiah
and Mughaira, sent La'na (curse) upon Uthmaan in a sermon, when
people heard this, from Mughaira, they said to him; We will not
accept your leadership and command, if you send La'na upon Uthmaan
again. Then Mughaira replied: I don't mean Uthmaan, I mean Ali...
Upon this, the people were quiet, and didn't comment.
Mughaira was the governor of Kufa,
during the time of Mu'awiah.
Rabiul Abrar wa
nosoos-ul-Akhbaar, a highly well known book. Written by
Al-Imam Mahmood bin Umer Al-Zamakhshari. Ahle
Sunnat wal Jamaa'at give this thorough view and authenticity
of Imam Zamakhshari. Vol. 3, p 551 states:

people are mentioned and known in some way of being Mu'awiah's
father!

The book states Abbas ibn Abdul
Mutalib, not me readers. But then the book goes on to further clarify
pointing towards another narration;
“It's
also said to be Abu Sufyan as his Mu'awiah's father”.
Molana Abul
Qalaam Ahzaad, in his book Insaaniyat
Maut kay Darwaazay par, has also quoted the very same
narration from above in his book. He says, that Ali
Akbar, the respected son of Imam Hussain (as) said in the battle of
Karbala in front of the enemy, “Oh son of the son's unknown father,
your command upon us is impossible.
Tehzeeb-ul-Kamal
Fey Asmaa'-r-ij-Jaal, Vol. 4, p 481, states the meaning of
Mu'awiah; A barking female dog,
otherwise literally known as a Bitch. And likes to sit with dogs and
bark with them.
Tareekh-ul-Khulafa,
written by Allama Jallaludin Sayuti, has
written the mirror wording reflection, which is located in the book
of above.
Rauzat-ul-Akhbaar,
written by Sheikh Muhammed bin Qasim bin
Ya'aqoob, states on page 220, an analyses of the narration
stated by Zamkhshari (as mentioned above).
Someone
asked Mu'awiah about what he thinks of his mother. Mu'awiah replied:
By Allah, don't call me that again! Don't call me by mother's name!
And neither talk of her!
Fathol-Bari Fey
Sharh Saheeh Bukhari, written by Hajar
Al-Asqalaani, Vol. 7, p 104 states:
Not
even one good thing or a favour done or known by Mu'awiah and his
family is a lie! None of them are Saheeh, and neither will be their
any Manqabat of
him which is Saheeh!
Al-La'aaley
Al-Masnoo'a, fil Ahaith e Muozoo'a,
written by Imam
Jallaludin Al-Sayuti,
Vol. 1, p 420, published from Egypt, from Azhar Academy/Institution.
Jallaludin states:
Not
even a single hadith in the favour of Mu'awiah is Saheeh –
Authentic!
Osdol
Ghaaba, Fey Ma'rifatay Sahaba,
written by Izzudin
bn Al-Asir, Vol. 4, p
135, states:
In
the battle of Siffin, Mu'awiah's reality of shamefulness, and exalted
away from religion came in front!
The Author of this
book is sometimes known by Muhammed Al-Jazari. And stunningly,he is
saying, Mu'awiah's reality of being away from Islam, was evident
during the battle of Siffin! What more?...
Tareekh-ul-Umum-ul-Islamiyyah,
Written by Sheikh
Muhamed Al-Khadari,Vol.
2, p 67 states: Pay
sincere attention to this everyone:
Mu'awiah,
was one of the enemies of Prophet Muhammed (saws)!
The
Author is writing this when Uthmaan was killed by people in his own
house, referring to that incidental move...
Sunan
Al-Nisa'i,
p 44, this book is analysed and has been re-written by Sayuti,
but only in the form of a very a famous Sharh. This is a highly well
known book, and regarded Saheeh all over! Anyway, the book states a
huge line:
Mu'awiah
left the Sunnah of the Prophet (saws) in the hate of Ali.
So
whatever Ali does, Mu'awiah will not do that, what hate and enmity
for Ali he's got! Is there any other reason why you should stop
having beard, except for the fact that Mu'awiah and the enemies of
AhlulBayt had it?
Al-Bidayah,
Wn-Nihayah,
written by Al-Imam
Al-Hafiz, Al Mufasir, Al-Mo'arikh, Al-Imadudden, Abil Fida,
Al-Isma'il ibn Umer, bin Katheer, Qarshi, Al-Zamakhshari.
He's from Syria. He's most known by the name; Ibn
Katheer.
Vol. 7, p 231 states:
Mu'awiah
whilst going against the Sunnah of the Prophet, accepted that an
infidel Kafir
could
be an inheritor of a Muslim. Some people questioned him upon this
decision, and he said: Allah knows best, I gave to him though the
Shar'i plan was if there is no inheritor, that property and business
belongs to the Government, but anyway, Allah known best!
An
idiot on loose! Gives the inheritance to a Kafir
and
then says don't worry! What kind of a Sunni Imam is he who doesn't
know these small matters, and always commits a well known mistake! Is
he even real Imam!
Al-Mughni,
written by Abi Muhammed Abdullah bin-Ahmed bin
Muhammed bin Kudama Al-Qudusi Al-Jamaa'iri il-Damishqi, a
highly prolific Scholar from Syria. Published from Egypt, Cairo –
Hajr printing press. Vol. 9, p 154 states: (Issue Masa'il 1044)
An
Infidel (Kafir)
can't be an inheritor of a Muslim, and nor can a Muslim be the
inheritor of the Kafir!
As he goes on and
on about this, he finally comes to the meaty bit we are talking
about.
He
(Mu'awiah) gave permission to a Muslim, to inherit a Kafir
though
Muhammed bin Hanfiya, Ali Ibn Al-Hussain, Sa'eed bin Musayab,
Abdullah bin Mouqar, Shaybe, Nakhee, Yahyaa bin Aamir and Ishaq, had
warned and told Mu'awiah not to do such an act, where the inheritor
and the root of inheritance are from different types of people. Even
worse, when Muslim inherits a Kafir,
which
in this case Mu'awiah ordered a person to do, though warned, he still
didn't follow...
This is states on the same page readers. Note it down, what kind of a
companion is he, who's ordering people to do blasphemous moves?
In
the previous book we read a Kafir
inherit
a Muslim, though we site here a Muslim, inheriting a Kafir.
A
bit different, but really, makes no difference, when the books just
get higher and higher in due respect when we go along... Please note,
there were many more people whom were asked, and not just Muhammed
bin Hanfiyah, or Ali Ibn Al-Hussain, in fact there were more, and
because their importance and presence isn't valuable, to a decree
where it's time consuming to mention dozen plus names, we have left
them out.
Sharh
Mani'ul Aasar,
written by an Egyptian person called Abi
Ja'afr Ahmed bin Muhammed bin Salma bin Salaama Al-Azawi Al-Misri
Al-Tahawi,
Vol. 2, p 2baasanth states:
It's reported from Yunus and
Akhbarra Ibn Wahab and many more.... that;
Someone
took some money from Mu'awiah, then Mu'wiah took some (Sood)
excessive tax, from the person, and ate it. And
he will be in Hell for this act!
Dear readers, this isn't me saying, but a Sunni Alim
from the past!
What
better proof will there be on the planet, than this rivayah right
now? A
dramatic hange in the history of Muslims, Mu'awiah is in Hell!
This is another Hassan, if not, Saheeh book! But what
else to this bamboozling fact? Let's read on...
Al-Jawahi-ul-Mazeeha
Fey Tabaqaat il Hanafiyah,
written by Allama
Al-Fahama Al-Sheikh Al-Ima Al-Mohadith Mohiyudden Abi Muhammed Abdul
Qadir ibn Al-Abi Wafaa Muhammed bin Muhammed bin Nasrullah bin Salim
bin Abil-Wafaa Al Qarashi Al Hanafi Al-Misri!
(My
God the name tells all about the character and the authenticity of
the man!)
This is a Hanafi, renowned Scholar, of sincere repute,
which the name tells as well as his works. Vol. 1 states of this
book:
Mu'awiah,
we Ahl-e-Hannaf, should have the aqeedah,
and we do that
Mu'awiah was a Zaalim
(Oppressor) and
a person who has the tendency to every now and then exaggerate and
talk rubbish!
Dear readers, this is the aqeedah
of the Ahl-e-Hannaf, and
upon what Imam Abu Hanifa and his teachings are concerned, what and
why is the decree upon not sending La'na upon the man, for whom was
the enemy of Prophet Muhammed (saws), for whom was a Hypocrite, and a
staunch enemy of Islam itself too! Why? Where is your ideology and
system of Wilayah?
Fake is your
religion!
